1. Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Final sale items, including discounted or promotional items, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

2. How to return an item

• To start a return, you can contact us at info@thealtculture.com .

• You will need to enter your Order ID and the email address given in the order.

• Discounted products are not eligible for returns or exchange 

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

• Orders fulfilled through online payment mode will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• For COD orders, the bank details need to be send via mail.

• Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer (NEFT). Refunds cannot be issued back to the original COD method.

•Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take several additional days for the refund to appear on your account.
